Handcrafted in house from scratch. Item features fresh foam , trillium, new smooth high pile textured chenille fabric , and three modular components. This made to order sectional can be ordered in an variety of fabrics. Orders also have the option to have cushion secured and be tight seat rather than loose as pictured. Price is for the three units as pictured.
Ask about further customization for a surcharge. Dimensions such as seat depth and height can be altered for a surcharge. Inquire directly. Leadtime is 4 to 6 weeks
Custom Notes: This does not include the cost of fabric. 27 yards for this sofa, most fabrics are between $25-$35 ( NOTE this yardage is less because no ottoman is included)
